It is the last day of London Fashion Week - a good moment to take stock of the state of the British Fashion industry.
It has been enjoying some ups, but also faces a difficult climate with the economy slowing down in China's - the market into which everybody wants to sell. Burberry warned of stagnating sales a week or two ago, and saw its share price drop by a fifth.
Patrick Grant, a designer and creative director at e.tautz and Norton & Sons in Savile Row, told the Today programme that upcoming young designers in London have an "emerging creative flair" that isn't matched by other European cities like Paris and Milan - which will help sustain the UK fashion industry.
"Britain is an incredibly creative island. If you look across fashion and music and literature, we seem to nurture creativity. Young talent is allowed to emerge and that's what brings the fashion buyers and fashion press to London," he added.
