An outbreak of a Sars-like virus has left one man dead and another seriously ill in a London hospital.

"From what we know, we need to be watchful and we certainly need to take precautions just in case this is a virus that can spread," warned Imperial College's Professor Peter Openshaw.

But this time, the likely threat posed by the this particular Corona is small.

"There will be future outbreaks," he conceded.
