Residents are angry at the approval of a huge fairground ride

People living near a Lincolnshire theme park are angry at plans to build a new 200 feet high ride.
East Lindsey District Council has granted planning permission for the attraction at Fantasy Island near Ingoldmells.
The owners say the new ride, called Absolutely Insane, will help the local economy.
But people living nearby claim the ride will be an eyesore.
Anne Wise, who lives opposite the attraction, said: "That is going to be an even bigger eyesore than what we've got.
"Why haven't they got their priorities right with looking after the village people first."
Chris Panton, Principle Planning Officer for East Lindsey Council, said the ride was approved because the area already has rides located in it and therefore it was not a change of use for the land.
