Charlotte Wyatt case
Charlotte Wyatt and her father
BBC Radio 4's Law in Action was broadcast on Friday, 21 October, 2005 at 1600 BST.

Earlier today, the parents of Charlotte Wyatt won the latest round of their legal battle over the nature of the medical treatment their daughter can receive. Charlotte was born three months prematurely and she is profoundly disabled - but she has survived against the odds and it is her second birthday today.

Her parents, Darren and Debbie Wyatt, had asked the High Court to lift a ruling that allowed doctors not to artificially ventilate her if her life was threatened. In an exclusive interview, their barrister David Wolfe, spoke to Law in Action moments after leaving the court.
