New pressure for 'gay weddings'

Campaigners in Jersey are hoping the island's government moves faster to introduce a new law recognising same-sex partnerships.
The Civil Partnerships Act was passed in England and Wales in 2004 and came into force the following year.
It gives gay couples in the UK the same rights as married couples.
The Legislation Advisory Panel of Jersey States will consider the issue of introducing civil partnerships at its meeting on Monday.
