Just up the road, Abdi Dahir Guled has been living in the former headquarters of Somalia�s national airlines for 14 years after fleeing his home in the centre of the country.

Without a functioning government, many of Mogadishu�s ministry buildings, universities, schools and colleges have become refugee camps.
