Diversification and outsourcing are the pillars of ASI. Started from scratch in 1995 when a large firm decided to outsource its maintenance department, ASI now has 206 workers doing plumbing, heating, airconditioning, and fitting kitchens and bathrooms. ASI grows through outsourcing contracts and diversification, e.g. into security.
