Anna Davis has worked at Ford for 29 years.

She says: �Our problem is not us. It is the poor quality of the parts we get, but we get blamed when the line stops. We were loyal to Ford. If we give up benefits, we will lose our security. I am one year away from retirement, and I cannot accept giving up health benefits.�
