D W Roaden, 42, is a group leader on the assembly line. He is from Corbin, where he worked at a boat-builders.

He joined as a team member in 1988, was promoted to team leader in 1993, and since 1995 has been group leader, supervising several teams.

He says that he enjoys the responsibility, and there are good working relationships on the teams.
