Monica Pezzoni is 43 and from Italy. She says more needs to be done to educate the public about sun block.

She said: "People seem to use really low factor sun creams that doesn't give enough protection.

"When you see British people on holiday in Italy they spend so much time in the sun. Far more time than anyone else."
