UK minister: 'We were pro-active'

The Minister for Business, Innovation and Skills, Pat McFadden, has told the BBC that the government was "pro-active" in its dealings with the Canadian car parts manufacturer, Magna.

His comments followed the announcement that Magna has been chosen by General Motors (GM) to buy Opel and its sister company Vauxhall.
