Jersey fishermen say they will not give up without a fight

Guernsey has re-imposed the ban on Jersey fishing boats working without a licence within its three-mile limit.
It is the latest twist in the fishing dispute between the two islands.
Last week Guernsey's Royal Court ruled the position was illegal, but now an appeal court has agreed to review the decision.
The Jersey politician responsible for fishing, Deputy Mike Taylor, says Jersey fishermen will not give the waters up without a fight.

He says he is not surprised the Guernsey authorities have appealed against the ruling.
Mr Taylor says Jersey is not disputing the three-mile limit, but he is unhappy with the three to 12-mile area.
He claims Jersey fishermen have used these waters historically and they will not give them up without a fight.
He said: "We're very willing to sit down with anyone in Guernsey and try to find a way forward.
