Staff say others at shipyards owned by the same firm earn more than them

Workers have suspended industrial action at a north Devon shipyard for the next 10 working days.
The move, which follows four one-day strikes at the Appledore yard, is to allow further talks with managers.
Workers claim they are not paid as much as those in other yards owned by Babcock Marine.
Babcock disputes their claim and has warned that workers risk losing a vital contract to build the hulls for two new aircraft carriers.
Stuart Fegan from the GMB union said "everything" would be up for discussion.
Union negotiations with the company have been taking place over the last four months.
