The speed safety sign was taken from a road in Tarrant Keyneston

Rural road safety signs in Dorset have been vandalised for the second time in a month, a council has revealed.
Only days after it was put up at an accident hotspot north of Tarrant Keyneston, near Blandford, a Vehicle Activated Sign (VAS), was cut in half.
Thieves took solar panels, batteries and a wind turbine from it and left the rest in a field. In September, another sign was taken from Okeford Fitzpaine.
A VAS flashes up the speed a car is going at if it is exceeding the limit.
It does not take photographs of the cars, and is only activated by speeding vehicles.
The vandalised sign had been placed outside Ashley Wood Park in Tarrant Keyneston two weeks ago.
The remains were discovered a few days later, but it is not known when the vandals struck.
The incident follows a theft of another sign from a road in Okeford Fitzpaine on 21 September.
Angus Campbell, Dorset County Council's cabinet member for transport, said: "This is a pointless act which endangers road users on our country roads and costs us all money.
