The unnamed new owner wanted a property with a view

A 50-year-old wooden bungalow yards from the beach on the UK's Jurassic Coast has sold at auction for 364,000.
The two-bedroom home at Beach Road, Burton Bradstock, Dorset, had a guide price of 300,000 thanks to its panoramic views over Lyme Bay.
But during the bidding an unnamed telephone buyer, who had never seen the property, snapped it up for 364,000.
James Pellow, of auctioneers Symonds and Sampson, said the buyer wanted "something with a view and a retreat".
Mr Pellow added: "To some people, 364,000 is a lot of money. To some people, it's disposable. The property isn't really of huge value, it is just the position, and he wanted something by the sea."
Green Bungalow has a sitting room, bathroom and kitchen, as well as a slipway and a garden that directly adjoins the beach. There is also parking for up to three cars.
Sold at auction in Sherborne, Dorset, it was marketed as a potential second holiday home or rental investment. Previous owners have earned up to 1,200 a week during the summer.
The Jurassic Coast is a 95-mile stretch of coastline from Exmouth, in east Devon, to Studland Bay, in Dorset. It was awarded World Heritage Site status in 2001.
