A march will take place at Ingoldmells near Skegness on Sunday in memory of five people who died on Easter Day in a crash involving a bus.
It is being organised by the parents of one of the victims of the accident.
Neil and Annette Cooper want the authorities to ban traffic from Sea Lane where the incident happened.
Their daughter, Paula Rhodes, and her husband Richard both died outside a theme park. A mother and her two sons from Leicestershire were also killed.
