Plans for the frontage have been changed

Designers of the centrepiece of a planned cultural quarter in Leicester are going back to the drawing board after councillors rejected new plans.
The proposed theatre was to have a glass frontage. Following a shake-up of power at the city council, a metal-clad front was chosen.
But cabinet members have now decided to recommission the original blueprint for the building.
Councillors will vote for one of the two designs at the end of January.
