Police are monitoring Dr Stevens' bank account

Detectives searching for a missing children's hospital consultant say an apparent sighting of him at Liverpool John Lennon Airport was mistaken.
The man thought to be Dr Richard Stevens is believed to have been a tourist.
Dr Stevens, 54, has not been seen since he arrived for work at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, in Salford, Greater Manchester, in July.
His family had told police they were convinced CCTV video from the airport showed him there on Thursday.
But have officers have now confirmed it was not him.
Police say they are worried Dr Stevens has suffered a nervous breakdown and does not know where he lives.
Dr Stevens, of Brooklands Road, Sale, Greater Manchester, was last seen on 21 July.
He had arrived for work at 0710 BST, parked his car in the car park and left his jacket and briefcase in his office before disappearing.
Detectives have been monitoring his mobile phone and bank records.
Officers have also followed up several previous unconfirmed sightings of him, including one from a woman who says she gave him a lift in Devon.
The man had told her he was heading for Lyme Regis, in Dorset.
