Police found 273 drivers were over the limit

Police in Cheshire have said driving under the influence of drink or drugs is a "significant problem".
Officers who breathalysed drivers over the festive period found 273 drivers were over the drink-drive limit, with 48 more arrests than in 2005.
Insp Brian Rogers, of the road policing unit, said the increase was "disappointing".
He vowed police would continue to tackle the issue "around the clock" and at all times of the year.
"The statistics show that the message concerning the dangers of drink-driving is still not being driven home and there is still a significant problem in Cheshire," he said.
A total of 6,104 roadside breath tests were given by Cheshire Police over the period.
Of those, 199 followed collisions where someone was injured and 314 followed non-injury incidents.
The rest were conducted after cars were pulled over.
