The Bath Spa complex is almost three years overdue

The new contractors who have taken over the troubled Bath Spa project begin work on Monday.
Capita Symonds was due to move in last week but there was a delay in former builders, Mowlem, vacating the spa.
Mowlem was sacked by Bath and North East Somerset Council (BANES) last week following a bitter dispute and a series of public rows.
Capita Symonds was appointed by the council to finish off the spa, which is two and a half years behind schedule.
Problems at the complex included peeling paint in the pools and leaking floors.
Staff from Capita Symonds plan to spend the first few weeks checking the state of the spa building.
