The Bath Spa complex is almost three years overdue

Councillors and members of the press are being shown around the Bath Spa for the first time since its main contractor was sacked.
The new contractors begin work at the city centre site on Monday.
Capita Symonds was due to move in last week but there was a delay in former builders, Mowlem, vacating the spa.
Mowlem was dismissed by Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) following a bitter dispute and a series of public rows over the development.
First weeks
Capita Symonds was appointed by the council to finish off the spa, which is two and a half years behind schedule.
Problems at the complex included peeling paint in the pools and leaking floors.
Staff from Capita Symonds plan to spend the first few weeks checking the state of the spa building.
