The girl's family say they are under 'awful pressure'

A 10-year-old girl is being forced to live yards from the man who sexually assaulted her, it has emerged.
The man, who cannot be identified, moved into a house in mid Wales on the same street as the girl's family after he was released from prison.
Her relatives are calling for the rules governing the release of convicted paedophiles to be tightened.
It comes after a serial paedophile from Cardiff was jailed for life on Monday for abusing an 11-year-old boy.
Neither the girl nor the man can be named for legal reasons.

Her family assumed he would move from the Powys area upon his release, but after serving a five-month sentence, he is on the same street as the girl and her mother.
Her grandfather said they were told by police that there was no law preventing him from returning back to the house.
"It makes me, my wife and all my family terrified that this could possibly happen," he said. "And it puts us under an awful pressure - but we have to deal with it day by day.
"We can't believe there is no law preventing a registered paedophile coming back to a house just 30 yards from where my granddaughter lives. We cannot believe that something cannot be done."
The girl's uncle said: "Every day your blood boils. You want to take the law into your own hands but you know that if you do then you stoop to his level.
"And the law stinks. He's back hounding his victim now, as if she didn't suffer enough that night."
It follows the case of Anthony M Williams, 52, from Canton, Cardiff, who was jailed on Monday for life after admitting abducting and abusing an 11-year-old boy.
Cardiff Crown Court heard that Williams had convictions for sexual offences going back 29 years.
'Major problem'
The victim's mother said he should never have been freed from jail.
Commenting on the case of the 10-year-old girl, Roger Williams, Liberal Democrat MP for Brecon and Radnorshire, said it was "entirely inappropriate" that the sex attacker should have been released from prison into the area where he committed the offence.
"I've written to Powys County Council asking that urgent consideration be given to him in finding alternative accommodation," he said.
"But this sort of planning needs to be taken before the person is released from prison and not after," he added.
Her grandfather said it was a "major problem" to society.
"We should all be made aware about where these particular people are.
