Unbelievable! Itauma was so naive there; why wasn't he trying to hold Hrgovic? Absolute madness. Credit to Hrgovic, what a warrior

    Lee, Mold, North Wales

Was always going to be tough after round six. Moses was burnt out but he has time on his hands to come back. Well done to the Croatian on a great night of boxing

Looking into Hrgovic's eyes in this contest you could see round after round.

It was a case of him being confident in his style and fitness, and he was certainly a fighter who had been there before.

Moses Itauma tried to knock him out with every shot and it just backfired.

Former British champion Curtis Woodhouse on X: "For 4 rounds Moses looked sensational. He can regroup and come back. There’s a saying I like when you are developing young talent in any sport, bend them but don’t break them! Hopefully Moses isn’t broke tonight. He’s a phenomenal talent."

  11. 'An unbelievable fight'published at 00:08 BST 30 August

    Frank Warren
    Queensberry Promotions

After Hrgovic dismissed Frank Sanchez and says he wants to fight Dubois...

I hear what they are saying but there is an obligation. If we can work it out, we'll work it out. The name of the game is for all of these guys to fight each other and see who is the best.

This was an unbelievable fight tonight. The champ prevailed and did what he had to do. Moses [Itauma] gave everything, he has a leg injury. He has to go back to the drawing board and he can come again.

Towards the end, Moses wasn't trying to hold or anything he was throwing punches and he got clipped. He started off well and what happened, happened. That's boxing. It was a great fight.
