Andrew Flintoff was another hero as England won a Test series in the Caribbean for the first time in 30 years.

The tourists claimed the series 3-0 and then won the return 4-0 when West Indies visited England later in the year.

Impressing with the bat as well as the ball Flintoff ended the summer with 603 runs and 24 wickets.

A star was born.
