Barrow Raiders have re-signed former Doncaster centre Andreas Bauer on a week-to-week basis. Bauer, 27, had been in France with Carcassone but returns to strengthen the squad ahead of Saturday's Challenge Cup quarter-final trip to St Helens. The New Zealander, who first moved to England in 2006 with Hull KR, was part of Raiders' 2009 Grand Final success. Raiders coach Steve McCormack has several absentees including Liam Campbell, James Nixon and Zeb Luisi.
