A woman whose family is in Tripoli has told the BBC that pro-Gaddafi snipers are counter-attacking across the city.

"As soon as you think your neighbourhood is free, they'll start shooting from rooftops," Danya, who is in Dubai, but who has seven uncles and four aunts in the city, told Today reporter Mike Thomson.
