A new school should be built by early 2011

Scottish Borders Council has issued an assurance that plans for a proposed new primary school in the region will go ahead as proposed.
A replacement for Caddonfoot Primary - at Clovenfords - is scheduled to be up and running by early in 2011.
The current ageing facilities are felt to be no longer suitable for primary education.
Council leaders have pledged the works will go ahead on schedule or, if possible, be brought forward.
Educational grounds
A capital budget agreed by SBC shows a start date of April 2010 for the new school.
The authority has given a firm commitment this target will be met.
Education spokesperson Catriona Bhatia added everything would be done to accelerate the scheme.
"There are very strong educational and financial grounds for seeking to bring the school forward at Clovenfords," she said.
