Sylvia Davies, a self-employed gardener from Llantwit Major: "I'm not surprised. Everyone thought it was going to come here and I think it's a really good thing. A lot of people will be coming in to the area, I think the area will cope. I've lived here for 27 years, I've seen a lot of changes, and really do think we will cope."
