Plans for a vodka distillery in Jersey have been put back after opposition by some of the island's residents.
The Potato Export Marketing Board planned to build the development on the St John-St Lawrence border.
Following the protests, the board is having to find a different site. It said it was disappointed the plans were not supported.
The Economic Development Committee is to try to gather public support and find another suitable location.
The distillery would have used waste potatoes to produce Jersey Royal Vodka. Its plans also included a tourist attraction with a restaurant and visitors' centre.
But people living near the proposed site said it would have been too big for the area.
