Sonja McLaughlan

Sonja joined the BBC as a trainee in 1988 and made her name as a news producer at Radio Sussex.

In 1993, she moved to London to become a producer with the radio sports department and two years later she became BBC Radio's rugby union producer.

She is also a regular face on network television, reporting on rugby union for Grandstand.
