Store manager Joyce Clark was taking a day off work to travel from Glasgow to Edinburgh. She said: "I'm going to a function tonight but wouldn't have been able to make it because the later trains are cancelled. I only found out when I booked my ticket last night so I think there could have been more advanced warning for passengers."
