Negative result in swine flu test

Tests on a suspected case of swine flu in Jersey being investigated over the weekend have come back negative, island health bosses say.

Two reports on the island of suspected H1N1 infections are currently being investigated by the Health Department.

Tests are still being carried out in London on the other suspected case.

There have been no confirmed cases of swine flu in the island so far. Seven previous suspected cases were found to be negative last week.
