A mother jailed for two years for causing a pile-up in which four people died could have her sentence increased.
Nurse Angela Dublin, 46, of London Road, Oxford, was sentenced in April after pleading guilty to four counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Dublin had seven boys crammed into her car during a birthday outing when it crashed on the A4142 in May 2005.
The judge said she showed real remorse but the Crown Prosecution Service has appealed to have her sentence extended.
Attorney General
On advice from prosecutors in the case the CPS has appealed to Attorney General Lord Goldsmith to consider whether the sentence, handed down by High Court Judge Mr Justice Crane, was "unduly lenient".
The Attorney General is expected to decide within weeks whether he will refer the case to the Court of Appeal.
There was no crash barrier at the scene of the collision

Dublin, a nurse of 25 years, had been taking a party of her son Anton's friends out to dinner to celebrate his 13th birthday when the tragedy happened on 28 May.
Dublin was seen pulling into an overtaking lane without indicating as she approached a silver car in front at about 70mph (112km/h).
Three of her seven passengers, Josh Bartlett, Liam Hastings, and Marshall Haynes, all 13, were killed.
Howard Hillsdon, 21, of Oxford was also killed when Dublin's car hit his vehicle and sent it into a spin.
