New England tower

The Beetham Organisation, which is developing land near Brighton railway station, has unveiled plans for a 42-storey building featuring a sky garden caf�, a 200-room Radisson SAS hotel, 160 new homes and a public square.

The tower would link to the rest of the New England Quarter, where a supermarket, college and community centre are being built.
