Footballing nomads Brighton and Hove Albion lost their ground, the Goldstone, in 1997 when a previous board sold it off for development. After two years' exile in Kent, the Albion returned to the city and became tenants at Withdean (pictured), an athletics stadium with a capacity of less than 7,000. The team is struggling financially because of the limited crowds. |
