Murder charges after man found dead in property
Devon and Cornwall PoliceTwo men have been charged with murder after a man was found dead inside a property.
Devon and Cornwall Police said Ian Davis, 56, was found with multiple injuries at a property on Baytree Hill, Liskeard, on 13 September. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The force said four men were arrested on suspicion of murder and subsequently bailed. It said two of the men, Darrell Rowland, 49, from Trevarthian Road, St Austell, and Sukhvinder Singh Shokur, 58, from Liskeard, were re-arrested and charged with murder.
Police said the men were remanded in custody to appear at Truro Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police said a man in his 20s from Plymouth who was arrested on suspicion of murder would face no further police action.
A man in his 30s from Liskeard remained on police bail after previously being arrested on suspicion of murder, it said.
