Major city road closed following crash

A section of a major road in Leicester has been closed following a crash.

Emergency services were called to a crash involving a motorbike and two cars in Narborough Road South at 15:01 BST on Wednesday, Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said.

Leicestershire Police said the road was closed between the junctions of Fosse Park Avenue and Braunstone Lane East.

Police have advised people to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
