A shop owner in Swanage thought it was odd when items mysteriously started moving and breaking.

The charity, which currently rescues 250 hedgehogs a year, is moving to a new home in Buckingham.

The hedgehog was injured after being "kicked around like a football" and later died, an animal charity says.

Charity says the animal was spotted by a passer-by which "almost certainly saved his life".
